On VGen: Payment first policy after according a price• Will provide you with:
► Rough sketch for approval and revisions.
► Screenshot of progress (50% complete) and daily updates if you ask for them.
► Final high resolution file of the final product via email, format PNG and transparent PNG (without background).• I accept 2 to 3 minor revisions in rough sketch and color rendering phase.
If you wish for more changes will cost an extra fee.• I don't do refunds unless you don't receive the final product.
If something happens to me healthwise and can't finish it, please solicit a refund.• As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches including all electronic files used to create the project remain property of Yui Izumi.• No person shall sell, offer for sale, distribute their commission for sale at all.• I have the right to post and claim my art as my own.
In NSFW commissions I will always ask if I can post it to my social media, you have the right to refuse and keep it private.• Prohibited the reproduction of the piece unless it's a commercial/individual commission.• You do not have the right to use my work to train any sort of Neural Network or similar Artificial Intelligence and NFT usage.• You may post your commission online with credits and use as banner/profile picture without crediting me if you wish with the condition that if someone ask about the creator, you have to credit me.• Do not claim to be the artist of the commission.• Alterations, tracing or modifications of the commission like deleting my signature and changing any significant characteristics it's prohibited.
If the change is subtle like the hue, saturation, value, background, changing the color on something is specific to your liking or adding details, go ahead.
This edited pieces cannot be published to social media unless my explicit permission.• Send your email before the payment (deliver of payment form if you are paying with paypal) and final product.• Price haggling will not be tolerated.• Don't change the order significantly after I already started with the sketch.• Should conflict arise or violation of my ToS occur, I will cancel your commission and you will be blacklisted. Depending on the cause, I may or may not issue a partial refund.• I only work in my style.⋅ ⋯ ୨ ୧ ⋯ ⋅W A I T - T I M E⋅ ⋯ ୨ ୧ ⋯ ⋅• I can take from 2 days to a month on the piece (depends in how complicated the piece is and availability).• One month is the maximum waiting time unless stated otherwise.• The waiting time starts after the completion of the payment.• If you fail to contact me after I sent my updates of the process (sketch and coloring) for 2/3 days, your commission will be paused until you contact me.
I will work on other projects in the meantime since waiting for answers for too long messes with my work schedule.
When you contact me and do the revisions of the sketch or coloring I can work again on your commission.⋅ ⋯ ୨ ୧ ⋯ ⋅U S E R - A G R E E M E N T⋅ ⋯ ୨ ୧ ⋯ ⋅• By sending payment and thereby commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.• FOR NSFW COMMISSIONS: To continue with the commission you confirm that you are above the age of 18 and you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.• Once you request a commission, you have 7 days to either send the payment or provide a specific date when payment will be made. If you no longer wish to proceed with the commission, simply let me know, no hard feelings. However, if I receive no response within this time frame, it will be considered ghosting, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.• The client is responsible for reading the terms of service each time they pay for a commission considering additions and changes in the current document.• The client is responsible for providing clear references for character, poses, clothes, inspo pics, expressions, etc for their commission. ★ What do you use to draw?- The program that I've been using for years is IbisPaint.
I draw with my finger on my phone (Galaxy A32 SM-A32M/DS).★ Do you accept requests/art trades/collabs?- I DO NOT accept art requests from anyone.- I DO NOT accept art trades/collabs from strangers, only friends and mutuals.★ Can I use/repost your art?- For Commissioned Art: Only the commissioner has permission to use this art. You would have to ask the commissioner for permission.- For NON-Commissioned Art: Yes of course! just credit me in the description and if you want to show me personally, please go right ahead.★ Can I use your art for my profile pic/banner?- Yes, no need for credit, but if someone asks about the artist you have to credit me.
